Step 1: Add Your Contacts
After you login to your account, you can add your contacts one at a time, or import a list. All you have to do is use an Excel, or CSV file. We recommend importing to save you some time, but hey, it’s up to you!
Step 2: Select Gifts & Schedule Deliveries
Ready to start gifting? Great. All you need to do is pick out the gifts you want to send and when you want them delivered. As your orders come up throughout the year, we’ll remind you one month in advance in case you need to make any changes.
Step 3: Approve Your Selections
After you have made your gift choices, submit them for approval. GiftsOnTime allows our customers the flexibility and power to centralize and approve all gift choices prior to checkout.
Step 4: Checkout
Once the gifts are approved, all that’s left to do is checkout. After that, sit back and relax. GiftsOnTime will monitor your orders throughout the year and ensure your gifts are delivered on time. And remember, you won’t be billed until the month that your gifts are delivered!
